Jana made this list of "Questions I wish they would ask on those ubiquitous ‘Get to Know Your Friends’ email surveys":
1. What time is it in Guam now? (best estimate)
Monday
2. Do you like baloney?
Hell No. And by the way, the correct spelling is bologna. (sorry I had to, there's a song about it).
3. Favorite shade of green:
Sage
4. Fake name that you use when drunk strangers are trying to get to know
you at a diner at 3 in the morning:
Veronica (as in Betty & Veronica–I know, not very original but that’s what pops in my head). My friends call me Ronnie.
5. Fake name of your imaginary significant other that you use to deter
drunk strangers who are trying to get to know you at a diner at 3 in the morning:
Mike (so unoriginal again–I lose my originality when I drink–but he’s also big and strong and a former linebacker)
6. We've all seen those ridiculous "tour riders" on smokinggun.com. If you were a rock star what would your ego-driven demands be?
Hm. In my dressing room I want everything to be white. I want white furniture, white food, white beverages and 6 fluffy white kitties to hang out with.
7. Who do you think has the most meaningless life?
Corey Feldman
8. You're holding up a convenience store. Somebody tripped the silent alarm. You have three minutes before the cops come. What do you take? Explain.
Twinkies and beer (yeah because I would probably get flustered and forget the cash)
9. Most puzzling thing you've ever seen at a bar...
Same lady Jana saw (I think) with one hand in her boyfriend’s pants and the other on her Corona w/ lime (all nonchalant and staring at the ceiling).
10. Space aliens?
Yes. Because Mulder says so.
11. What color does "puce" most resemble?
I dunno but it sounds suspiciously like puke.
12. Funniest thing anyone said to you at the end of a date:
I’m leaving for Turkey tomorrow and I don’t know when I’ll be back so I may not call you for a while.
13. Theeeeeee most embarrassing MP3 on your computer/iPod:
Spice Girls ‘Spice Up Your Life’ It’s my happy place.
14. Song that makes you an emotional basket-case every, single time to hear it so much so that you actually avoid listening to it:
anything by Jeff Buckley. "Brick" by Ben Folds Five, and "Lovesong" by Cure. (It sometimes conjures bad memories)
15. Ever been to the opera?
Yes, in college, with my evil and pretentious boyfriend (I would like to go again though sans evil pretentious boyfriend)
16. Dentist chair. Do you keep your eyes opened or closed?
Closed. I don’t like people being all up in my face, especially dentists with bad breath.
17. Ever eat paste as a kid?
No, but Paul Geis did and I told everyone in Ms. Smulyan’s kindergarten class.
18. Ever try one of your dog's treats just for the heck of it?
No, but I dared my brother to and he did.
19. Which one of the Brady Bunch kids do you most identify with?
Marcia, it’s hard to be perfect..
20. In your opinion what has been the most romantic love song written in the last 10 years?
Eminem "Kill You." Yes I'm kidding.
21. Be honest. Do you sometimes want to punch Eva Longoria...
Yes, in the face.
22. Wait, I wasn't finished...do you sometimes want to punch Eva Longoria in the face?
See above.
23. What piece of American culture do you absolutely loathe and when you express it, people think you're a Communist?
Prom and Wal-Mart (in my mind they are connected).
24. So what do you hate about Christmas?
The obligations. That people feel they need to buy presents for every person they know. And when you spend all this time picking out the perfect gift and the person does not react to it the way they did in your head. It sucks.
25. Do you sometimes believe that you are in The Matrix?
Yes. Everyday
26. Really?
Yes. Hey, my cat’s name is Neo. ‘Nuff said.
27. Did you ever wish you were an astronaut?
No. But I did want to go to space camp.
28. What time is it in Guam now?
Next Tuesday.
If you’ve read this and you have a blog, it’s your turn.

As I just posted to Josh's blog..."baloney" can be spelled either way. I think they finally "dumbed" it down after no one could conceptualize the whole "balogna" thing
